Nicolas was born and raised in Texas, where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Angelo State University after completing his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Ouachita Baptist University. He and his wife recently moved to Colorado, drawn by the opportunity to grow their careers and build a life in a place that reflects their love for the outdoors. Nicolas is currently in his first year working as a Physical Therapist.
Nicolas finds pediatric physical therapy both rewarding and inspiring. He enjoys the challenge of understanding the unique ways children learn, move, and develop, and he values the process of putting the “puzzle pieces” together to determine what each child needs to succeed. He also takes pride in helping parents feel confident and supported, working with them to understand how they can best help their child at home. Nicolas is grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children and families in the community and approaches each session with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm. Nicolas is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care and continually expanding his knowledge and clinical skills to better serve his patients. Outside of work, Nicolas, his wife, and their dog Pacha can often be found hiking or snowboarding in the mountains. He also enjoys keeping aquarium fish, playing video games with his brothers, watching movies, and staying active in the gym.
